Division Details
Games will be played on Sundays, with practices running one hour prior to game time.
Exact game times will be determined based on the number of registrations.
Location and field times are subject to change based on field availability and enrollment.

Division Price: $139 plus 3.99% processing fee
Format & Team Play
This league is structured for 5v5 play. However, in the event of low registration numbers in a particular division, we may adjust the format to 4v4 or 3v3 to ensure fair team sizes, more playing time, and a fun, competitive experience for all athletes.
For our High School divisions, which are typically structured for 7v7 play, we will evaluate registration numbers prior to the season. If there are not enough teams or players to support a full 7v7 format, we may adjust to 5v5, 4v4, or 3v3.
Based on registration, we will form teams to the best of our ability, grouping players by age, school, and skill level to create the most positive and balanced experience possible for everyone.
Division Descriptions
6U – Lombardi Division: For participants under the age of 7 as of August 1. Players who turn 7 on August 2 or after will remain in the 6U division.
8U – Shula Division: Designed for participants under the age of 9 as of August 1. Players who turn 9 on August 2 or after will still participate in the 8U division.
10U – Madden Rookie Division: Open to participants under the age of 11 as of August 1. Players who turn 11 on August 2 or after will continue their involvement in the 10U division.
12U – Madden Pro Division: Intended for participants under the age of 13 as of August 1. Players who turn 13 on August 2 or after will retain their placement in the 12U division.
14U – Madden All Pro Division: For participants under the age of 15 as of August 1. Players who turn 15 on August 2 or after will be eligible to participate in the 14U division.
High School – Madden All Madden Division (7v7): For all current or incoming high school students invited to compete in this advanced division.
Team Formation & Placement
This is your HOME-BASE location – some games may be played outside your home-base depending on the number of teams.
Players are welcome to play up in older divisions, but not down in younger divisions.
Team formation follows NFL FLAG age-division guidelines and aims to place children with classmates from the same school whenever possible. If there are not enough players to fill a division, age groups may be combined.
Returning players from the previous Fall or Spring season will have first priority to rejoin their prior team if they register on time. Late registrants lose that guarantee. New players will be placed based on their school and geographic proximity.
If all teams from a player’s school are full or no other classmates are registered, players will be placed on a nearby team. You may also request placement on a specific team, and requests will be honored if space allows.
Registration & Deadlines
A late fee begins February 1. Please register before January 31 to avoid late fees and maintain priority placement from the prior season.
Once the late registration deadline passes, late fees will not be waived, and returning players may lose guaranteed placement.
